Gilmour Place

Gilmore Place is a student accomodation facility comprising 217 single, en-suite bedrooms with each flat containing between six to ten bedrooms.  There are also 13 self-contained studio apartments. The project was a refurbishment of the original St Joseph’s House and the new build of three blocks arranged around a central courtyard to provide a mix of cluster and studio rooms. Situated close to the meadows, Gilmore Place is an ideal location.
